The versatile field of Dutch as a foreign language makes for an abundance of activities. The most important tasks of the ‘Steunpunt NVT’ are: providing service, giving advice on policy and research propositions, in-service training and formulating the development of teaching materials.

The ‘Steunpunt NVT’ gives advice about the development of teaching materials, initiating courses and determining curricula. Furthermore, the ‘Steunpunt NVT’ formulates project requests concerning the development of teaching materials, in-service training and practical research.
